Aqiqah Law in Islam.
Aqiqah in religious terms are slaughtered for the newborn child as a form of gratitude to God with the intent and specific requirements.
By some scholars it is called by nasikah or dzabihah (slaughter). Law aqiqah among themselves according to Shafi'i and Hanbali is a sunnah mu'akkadah. Policy adopted by the Shafi'i and Hanbali among the say as something that is hadist mu'akkadah sunnah of the Prophet. Which reads, "Son compromised by the sacrifice. Disembelihkan him on the seventh day (from birth)".(HR al-Tirmidhi, Hasan Saheeh)
1.Makna Aqiqah Aqiqah
Word comes from the word Al-Aqqu that means cutting (Al-Qoth'u). Al-Ashmu'i opinion: Aqiqah originally the hair on the head of a newborn child. 3.Hukum Aqiqah Exercised Other of Country / City
